Instant Pot Chicken Broth
1 Instant Pot
- 2 pounds chicken thighs, wings, backs, and/or necks
- 2 carrots peeled and sliced
- 2 ribs celery sliced
- ½ to 1 onion
- Water enough to fill up to 10 cups
