Ooni Koda 16 Gas Pizza Oven

As we mentioned, we are already dreaming of warmer days and backyard cooking—and we have big plans with this pizza oven from Ooni. Because it heats up fast and can hit a searing 900°F, it’s great for baking Neapolitan pies, and you can even use it to char vegetables and cook meats. We at Serious Eats really like air fryers (surprise!); their smaller capacity paired with a powerful fan makes for ultra-crispy results. In our tests, it cooked the fastest and had handy usability features, like a control dial and the ability to adjust the temperature in 5-degree increments (which is actually not super common for air fryers).

This budget-friendly vacuum sealer aced our tests; it sealed nice and tight, and we had no issues with water permeation when we used it to cook sous vide. Vitamix Immersion Blender

A fantastic immersion blender, this offering from Vitamix is incredibly powerful.
